I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years, (after teaching karate to adults and kids)  training  all sorts of people from all walks of life. This has been my most valuable experience as people have  many different needs and  goals. It has made me realize that people are individual and need to be treated that way to get individual results. 

I love to see people achieving their goals and getting  results.

I will keep you motivated and constantly monitor your progress ensuring you you are always on target and reach your maximum potential.

I will advise you on healthy eating to complement your exercise regime.

Workouts don't need to be a chore - they can be fun. 

You can train at home, work, the gym or the park.

Training sessions usually last for 1 hour.
